830 Williamsburg Rd

Thank you for your interest in our single family rental house at 830 Williamsburg Rd, Ashfield, Ma.
It is our policy to only show the house to people, only after they have reviewed this site. Then see section "when available to lease". We prefer non-smokers.

SO WHATS NOT TO LIKE???

1-Some people may find the location too rural, - We live about 4000 ft away through the woods and sometimes see the following on our front lawn, bear, bobcat, racoons, deer, turkeys, porqupines, coyotes, etc. (None ever bother us.)
2- When the valley gets rain or ice we may get a foot of snow.
Misc- Generally during the summer it is cooler than in the valley.buring the winter we are often warmer than the lower locations at nite.My wife & I have purchased this house so we can insure that we do not hear any noise from the house!.! There is a rather lengthy- rental.lease-please read it carefully.

SMALL PETS MAY BE ALLOWED-NO DOGS (no matter how small)
TENANT IS ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR HEAT, PHONE, ELECTRIC, LAWN & SNOW PLOWING- (in 2014 one local contractor has quoted $45-$50 to plow). The lawn is very small, takes about 15 minutes to mow.
